2016: That was the year that was for M’s Martin Williams

It’s been an exciting year for Martin Williams and his still (relatively) new M Restaurants Group. His second restaurant in Victoria, which opened a year ago, has brought what he calls multi-faceted dining to an area not renown for eating out. He was also able to raise close to £1.5m through crowdfunding to help fund the group’s expansion plans in 2017 with its first neighbourhood outlet, M Social, in Twickenham. He looks back on the year and shares his festive plans with The Buyer.
