GALLO Luxury

For nearly 90 years, the hallmark of GALLO has been an unwavering commitment to exceptional quality. From the start, founders Ernest and Julio Gallo invested in premium vineyard sites and uncompromising winemaking, a tradition that is showcased today by Gallo’s extraordinary portfolio of world-class, award-winning wineries such as Louis M. Martini, Orin Swift, Pahlmeyer, J Vineyards and Talbott Vineyards, as well as new additions Rombauer Vineyards, The Language of Yes by Randall Grahm and Denner.

Over the last 15 years, Gallo has invested hundreds of millions of dollars into leading wineries and prime vineyards across California’s premier wine regions. The coveted vineyard sites in the Gallo portfolio — including the legendary Stagecoach Vineyards in Napa, the acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands, and the historic Monte Rosso Vineyard in Sonoma Valley — give Gallo access to the best fruit California has to offer, ranging from diverse mountain sites in Napa Valley to cool, coastal havens in Sonoma County and the Central Coast.

Gallo encompasses sought-after terroirs, diverse climates, and exceptional winemaking talents. This allows the portfolio to represent world-class, award-winning wines across all styles, from vibrant vintage Sparkling and smooth, refreshing Chardonnay to delicate, complex Pinot Noir and rich, powerful Cabernet Sauvignon. Gallo is constantly pushing boundaries and exploring innovation and creativity in modern winemaking in their efforts to craft the highest quality wines that excite and impress consumers.

Gallo is led today by the third generation of Gallo family members. As a multi-generational, family-owned company, Gallo feels a responsibility to contribute to a sustainable future, safe and healthy communities, and high quality of life for employees and their families. Many of the sustainable initiatives currently used at the winery date back to the founders, who made a conscious commitment to protect and enhance the land around them. For example, Julio Gallo introduced the “50/50 Give Back” land management plan decades ago, setting aside one acre to help protect and enhance wildlife habitat for every acre of land planted under vine. Gallo continues this tradition today at all of their coastal vineyards.
